A HomeRouteAZ service provider does not automatically gain access to your complete home profile simply because you request service. A real estate professional does not automatically receive your home records simply because you select them as your Realtor Partner. When you choose to provide access or transfer information, you remain in control of what is included.

Your home history should include the whole home, not just work completed through us. Homeowners aren't required to use HomeRouteAZ for every service in order for MyHome to be useful. If you use another local service provider, you can still add the work to your home history, so your property history remains more complete — regardless of where the work was originally requested.

When something needs attention, homeowners can use Request Help to submit what they need through the HomeRouteAZ network. One request. One local pro. Where a matching provider is available, the request is routed to one local home-service professional based on the service needed and service area. There is no charge to the homeowner to request help through HomeRouteAZ.

You can choose which property-related information should be included for the next owner while keeping private or personal information out of the transfer.
The next homeowner can receive useful property information such as service and maintenance history, system information, selected warranties, equipment documentation, manuals, improvements and other records you choose to transfer. Your personal account information does not need to transfer with the property.

Do I have to use HomeRouteAZ for every service to keep using MyHome?
No. You can add service records from any local provider you use, whether or not the work was requested through HomeRouteAZ, so your home history stays complete.
What happens to my MyHome records when I sell my home?
You choose which property-related records to transfer to the next owner — service history, systems, selected warranties and manuals. Your personal account information never transfers with the property.
