This is a way to stay available to the clients you already have. It is not a lead service and not an exchange of any kind — HomeRouteAZ does not send you clients, and you are not asked to send us any. You can sign up on your own, and if you choose, a homeowner looking for their realtor can find your card; being listed is always opt-in and you can turn it off at any time.
Your client keeps you, if they want to
A homeowner who joins HomeRouteAZ through you is asked once, plainly, whether to keep you as their real estate contact for that home. They can say no. They can change their mind later. It is their decision every time.
Being reachable is not being watchful
Being someone’s real estate contact makes you available to them. It does not show you their home, their repairs, their service history, or anything they do in the app. If they ever share something with you, that will be a separate choice — a specific one, and one they can take back.
They contact you, not the other way around
Nothing in HomeRouteAZ tells you a homeowner might be thinking about selling, checking what their home is worth, or planning work. The only thing that reaches you is a homeowner deliberately sending you a message.
Verified with your state, not by us
We confirm your license with the issuing state authority and show a "License Verified" badge naming that authority, your license number, your brokerage and the date. HomeRouteAZ does not review, rate, screen, or recommend agents, and the badge never says otherwise.
How enrollment works
Sign up directly
Your name, brokerage, license state, license number and license type. A few minutes, free, and no invitation or application to be approved.
We verify your license
In Arizona we check with the state authority automatically. In other states our team reviews your license, usually within a business day or two. Until that comes back, your partner card and personal link are off — which is the normal state for a brand-new account, not a rejection.
Share your link
Once verified, you get a permanent personal link and QR code. It never changes, so anything you print keeps working.
