  • - We do not auction your request or create bidding wars

Artificial intelligence

HomeRouteAZ uses artificial intelligence to support certain platform features, including service-request validation, intake, and scoring. These tools help us process and route requests, but they do not replace the judgment of homeowners or independent local professionals.

Information we collect

  • Contact and location information: name, email, phone number, and city, state, ZIP code, or property location you provide.
  • Service-request information: descriptions of the issue, requested service, scheduling details, and photos or other content you choose to submit.
  • Account and security information: sign-in and account details, plus information used to prevent fraud and protect the platform.
  • Device and usage information: page paths and titles, event names, browser or device information, IP address, user agent, and cookie or click identifiers.
  • AI-generated information: validation results, intake summaries, classifications, and scores created from service-request information.

How we use it

  • To receive, validate, process, score, and route service requests.
  • To communicate with you and a matched local professional about your request.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve HomeRouteAZ.
  • To measure advertising performance only when you accept non-essential analytics and advertising measurement.

Who receives or processes it

  • Matched local professionals receive the request information needed to respond to and perform the requested service.
  • Microsoft Azure supports hosting, authentication, security, application telemetry, and AI-enabled platform features.
  • Google provides Google Analytics 4 and reCAPTCHA.
  • Meta provides Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement.
  • Vapi and OpenAI support optional AI-assisted voice intake.

Google Analytics 4, browser Application Insights, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API are non-essential tools. You can decline them in the cookie banner.

Service providers we use

We use trusted technology providers to run, protect, measure, and improve HomeRouteAZ. That includes hosting and telemetry providers such as Microsoft Azure Application Insights, analytics providers such as Google Analytics 4, and advertising measurement providers such as Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.

These tools may receive limited technical and event information such as page paths, page titles, event names, browser or device information, IP address, user agent, click identifiers, and conversion event IDs. For Meta Conversions API, contact details such as email, phone, name, city, state, and ZIP code are hashed before they are sent to Meta for ad measurement and matching.

You can decline non-essential analytics and advertising measurement in the cookie banner. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics 4, browser Application Insights, Meta Pixel, or Meta Conversions API events for your visit.

What we don't do

  • - We don't send your information to lists of contractors
  • - We don't resell your data
  • - We don't hand your information off to national call centers

Your request details are shared with the matched local professional, not with lists of contractors or national call centers. We also use the service providers described above to operate, secure, analyze, and measure the site.
