Effective upon posting
By accessing or using HomeRouteAZ, you agree to the following terms governing our routing platform, the way requests are shared, and the limits of our role in any work performed by independent providers.
HomeRouteAZ operates as a routing and connection platform. We help homeowners submit a service request and help independent local service providers receive and respond to that request.
HomeRouteAZ is not the company performing the repair, inspection, estimate, installation, or other field work. Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, we do not employ, direct, supervise, or control the independent providers who use the platform.
By using HomeRouteAZ, you agree to provide current, accurate, and lawful information, including contact information and a truthful description of the issue at your property.
You agree not to use the platform for emergencies, unlawful activity, spam, harassment, impersonation, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.
When you submit a request, you authorize HomeRouteAZ to use the information you provide to route your request, communicate with you about that request, and share the request with a matched local provider.
Our handling of personal information is also described in our Privacy & Information Use page. If these Terms and the privacy page address the same subject, both apply and should be read together.
Any provider matched through HomeRouteAZ is an independent business and is solely responsible for its services, scheduling, pricing, representations, permits, insurance, warranties, and compliance with applicable law.
HomeRouteAZ does not guarantee that any provider will accept a request, appear at a scheduled time, meet your expectations, or perform work to any particular standard.
Information presented through the platform is provided for general convenience and coordination only. It is not legal advice, technical advice, safety advice, or a guarantee of outcomes.
You are responsible for evaluating whether a provider, quote, recommendation, or proposed solution is appropriate for your needs.
Unless HomeRouteAZ expressly states that it is collecting payment for a specific service, any payment obligation for labor, parts, travel, inspection, or follow-up work is strictly between you and the provider you choose to work with.
Any dispute about workmanship, scheduling, damage, pricing, cancellation, refunds, or warranties related to third-party services must be resolved with the provider responsible for that work.
The HomeRouteAZ platform, branding, text, graphics, software, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, resold, reverse engineered, or used to create a competing directory or lead-routing product without written permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or is misusing the platform.
You are responsible for all text, photos, recordings, documents, profile information, reviews, and other content that you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through HomeRouteAZ (collectively, "User Content"). You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to provide that User Content and to allow its use as described in these Terms.
You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or otherwise harmful. HomeRouteAZ does not endorse User Content and is not responsible or liable for its accuracy, completeness, legality, or any loss or damage arising from it. We may remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, or creates risk for users or the platform.
You grant HomeRouteAZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and share your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the platform and to route your service request to a matched local provider.
HomeRouteAZ respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). If you believe User Content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@homerouteaz.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice."
Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Upon receipt of a substantially compliant notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and take other action as appropriate. We may notify the person who submitted the material and may restore material when permitted by applicable law, including after receiving a valid counter-notification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HomeRouteAZ disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that the platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every household, project, timeline, or provider relationship.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeRouteAZ and its owners, principals, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or property-related losses arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any third-party services.
If liability is nevertheless imposed on HomeRouteAZ, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of the platform will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to HomeRouteAZ for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event at issue.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HomeRouteAZ and its owners, principals, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from claims, demands, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the platform, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your dispute with a third-party provider.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the HomeRouteAZ platform shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with those Rules.
HomeRouteAZ may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the site. Your continued use of the platform after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
